If you made a generous contribution to our capital campaign for Donegal’s new athletic complex, you may be wondering why you should purchase a DAC membership.

The answer is simple. All pledges to our capital campaign directly support the cost of the new stadium, which is just one of many district athletic projects that Donegal Athletic Club is supporting.

Community support was—and still is—critical for our new stadium. However, this year, we have a goal to raise $10,000, and we need your help.

Ben Kling has always been a part of the Donegal family—from being a successful multi-sport athlete in high school to a Donegal School Board member and strong DAC supporter today. Field Hockey Team Wins First State Championship in School History

This year has been an incredible ride for Donegal field hockey players and fans alike. The team broke in the new complex with a 6-0 victory over Warwick to start the 2016 campaign. By the time the season was over, the Indians had conquered all 29 of their opponents.

Our hashtag “#prideinthetribe” certainly is fitting following a season in which the Indians went 29-0 and captured the program’s first state championship. Along the way, the team claimed three other titles—section, league, and district—and unleashed sophomore sensation Mackenzie Allessie, who set a national record for 10th graders with 76 goals this season.
